Before joining Coaching Mastery just over 2 weeks ago, I was still struggling with my confidence as a new coach. How would I coach someone I didn't know? What if I don't give them any value? And so on.
During the two Peer Coaching sessions that I've attended so far (which are essentially speed coaching and mentoring sessions with two other coaching partners), I've learned how to listen more deeply, be more focused in my feedback to my client and other coaches, and how to learn from other coaches' different styles of coaching. So after experiencing only the Peer Coaching part of Coaching Mastery, my self-confidence has exponentially grown from coaching others in 15-minute increments. In addition to that, I'm meeting and networking with coaches at various levels of success in their coaching practices.
Honestly, this experience by itself is priceless! I haven't delved into any of the courses yet and I'm already getting more value for my money than I ever thought possible!
