Before this program I sometimes struggled to help my singles coaching clients understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy “preferences” in dating and relationships. By learning Jan and Monika’s different methods for identifying preferences as old attachments I was able to reframe this for clients in a way that felt less threatening. I was also able to learn a new way of applying love to old wounds to help them see where they might be able to open some space in their hearts. Now I feel so much more equipped to help my clients navigate what may be holding them back!
