In 2018 I realized that after the crises from 2008 till 2012 I grew into a financial manager, doing all the financial administration, social security, taxes, insurances, etc., which absorbed my complete working week.
So, I wanted to become a business owner again, who works in his business and more and more on his business. I started to delegate my administrative work to a financial manager and work on becoming a better sales professional and work on my business.
In order to that I attended a sales closing certification, which turned out to provide much more than just a skill.
The last 5 years we have been implementing small improvements in my businesses in a weekly meeting, so after a few years it adds up to a big improvement.
In 2021 we also received business coaching vouchers form our ministry of economic affairs to improve our export and scale up and to "fish in a bigger lake".
In 2023 I run into Mindvalley and later into the Evercoach business coaching program, which provides me with more inspiration for our weekly improvement sessions.
In the meantime we started a second scaling project after I heard Ajit Nawalkha said that it would be better to 10 X, than for example double you business, so we started to do that with our most successful product in e new market. This program will take of in Sep 2023, and even if we don't 10 X yet, we sure learned a lot.
After this project we have a lot more to implement provided in this certification course.
Last, but not least I am looking forward to help other entrepreneurs with the new skills on my belt.
