Before this Quest, I've never heard of masterminds. And I even didn't know how to coach businesses. The reason why I enrolled in this Quest was that I wanted to start my coaching practice. I've been working in the educational sphere as a marketer since 2017. But what I wanted is to work with people 1-on-1 and in groups. It was also interesting to know more about coaching businesses because I knew only about consulting and training formats. After taking this Quest, I had realized what I could offer to the world better. I understood the structure of coaching sessions. I knew more about goal setting (Ajit showed fantastic exercise). And I'm totally in love with the first-principle thinking methodology. It's amazing. I can use it everywhere. And the gem of this Quest is a Mastermind Experience hosted by Dijana Llugolli. Because of that, I've met new people with the same values, earned my first money as a coach. I became more confident as a coach and hosted two free mastermind sessions with my friends-entrepreneurs. I also realized that I want to host masterminds. Dijana is a great inspiring leader. So Di, if you read that, thank you for your inspiration and insights.
