"I thought I knew about Chakras but it opened up a whole new world"

I thought I knew about Chakras but it opened up a whole new world.. As we went through the Chakras and identified the things that impact on them I often found myself in tears. It was so relevant and gave me a sense that it wasn't just me being dysfunctional or making bad choices. There really was a reason for the way I responded to certain things in life and better still therre was a way of healing and addressing these difficulties. I am a better mum, a better wife, a better therapist and a better friend to those I love and also to myself. So happy! :-)
