I feel at 2yrs from 5feet. That was my start into a disconnect from my belief in safety, protection and bonding with those around me. I dropped out of school at 17, to follow a call to travel the world as a model.
The Traumas that followed, include sexual traumas, living in New York during 9/11 and the destruction of the natural world, have triggered deep wounds and heartbreak through the vagal nerve and parasympathetic nervous system.
With the help of Anodea Judith, Mindvalley and the quests, I have reconnected my Spirit with my body, energetically. Empowering my dreams and clearing my blockages. I now have the will and capacity to follow my dreams of a nutritionist and personal development consultant/coach.
This with the help of Abundance Clearing RTT with Marissa Peers, I am well on my way, even have been invited to be on the board of stewards, The United Universal Collective. A group of Healer Helpers, musicians, lifecoaches, energy workers and health intuitives, for mind, body and spiritual wellness.
As a diagnosed schizophrenic who could not read more than 3 sentences, before Jim Kwik's Super Brain, I now play the piano, ukulele, and well on my way to NANP certification, practice my yoga daily, meditation, and now have chakra health that I never dreamed was possible. Thank you Mindvalley, Anodea Judith and the team at Mindvalley that is the school of my dreams.
