I received this program as a gift and I attended with the intention to apply the knowledge on my self, remove some blocks and to get tools and skills to help me and lift others. The program truly helped me to identify and remove some blocks, I really loved to listen other people stories, and I enjoyed sharing mine during the coaching labs.
