"Today I find myself speaking about my work with greater confidence. I am stepping more fully into coaching"

Mindvalley Didn't Just Deliver – They Over-Delivered.
 Dear Mindvalley Team,
When Vishen first announced the Manifesting Coach Certification and said there would be only fifty people in the room, something inside me immediately said, "Yes."
There was no analysis, no pros-and-cons list, and no need to seek anyone else's opinion. I simply knew. It wasn't because of the certification itself, and it wasn't because of Vishen or Regan, although I deeply respect both of them and have learned so much through Mindvalley over the years. This felt different. It was a calling.
Looking back now, I sometimes wonder if it was my future self tapping me on the shoulder and saying, "You need to be here."
What I didn't know was that less than thirty-six hours before leaving for Spain, I would have a cycling accident. The long scarf I wear became caught in the chain of my e-bike, pulling me down and fracturing my kneecap.
Not exactly how I imagined beginning a manifestation journey.
Most people probably would have cancelled. Instead, I started applying many of the tools I had already learned through Mindvalley. Rather than asking, "Why is this happening?" I began asking Lofty Questions. Somehow, solutions appeared, doors opened, and one opportunity led to another until, before I knew it, I was on a plane to Spain, travelling alone, navigating airports in a wheelchair and later with a walker, in a country where I don't speak the language.
 And then Seville happened.
From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtful, intentional, beautifully curated, and infused with a sense of care. The teachings, the cultural experiences, the surprises, the conversations, the laughter, and the connections all worked together. Nothing felt random. It felt like being immersed in something much larger than a training program.
Of course, Vishen and Regan were extraordinary, but what impressed me most was the depth of the entire team. Ajit, Dawn, Emily Fletcher, Rola, Fran, and others each brought their own wisdom, experience, and perspective. Yet somehow it all felt seamless, as though everyone was contributing to the same beautiful conversation.
I have to give special recognition to Fran.
In many programs, the event ends, everyone goes home, and the energy slowly fades. That wasn't the case here.
When Seville ended, the support didn't.
For weeks afterward, Fran showed up every day in our group. She answered questions, clarified concepts, shared resources, celebrated wins, encouraged people when they got stuck, and helped keep the cohort connected. Her session notes were outstanding—clear, concise, organized, and incredibly useful—but it was her consistency and care that stood out most. She helped create an environment where people felt supported long after the live event was over.
One of the things I appreciated most was how beautifully the live and online experiences complemented one another. Nothing felt missing. The immersion in Seville created connection, trust, and momentum, while the online sessions allowed us to deepen, integrate, and apply what we had learned. By the time Ajit led us through the next phase of the journey, it felt as though the experience was expanding rather than ending.
One of the biggest surprises for me was what happened to my own sense of identity.
For decades I have worked as a theatre artist, medical clown, facilitator, speaker, storyteller, author, and creator of experiences that help people reconnect with joy, play, laughter, healing, and what really matters. I wasn't coming to Seville to learn how to stand in front of a room. I've spent much of my life doing that.
What this program helped me see was that so much of what I had already been doing was coaching.
It helped me recognize the value of skills and gifts I had spent decades developing. Things that had become so natural to me that I almost overlooked them. It helped me see that the work I do through play, humour, sound, storytelling, presence, and deep listening has real value and creates meaningful transformation for people.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped minimizing what I bring to the table.
Today I find myself speaking about my work with greater confidence. I am stepping more fully into coaching, integrating it with the work I already love. I am offering sound journeys, workshops, and transformational experiences with a stronger sense of purpose and certainty. I am becoming more comfortable receiving fair compensation for work that genuinely helps people. Most importantly, I trust myself more.
There was another lesson hidden inside all of this.
For much of my life, I have been the person taking care of everyone else. Arriving in Seville with a fractured kneecap meant that, for once, I had to allow others to help me. Doors were opened. Bags were carried. People checked in. Support arrived from unexpected places.
It turns out that receiving can be every bit a transformation as giving.
And then there is the community.
Something very special happens when you gather fifty people from around the world who are committed to growth, possibility, service, and becoming more of who they truly are.
 We arrived as strangers.
 We left as dear friends.
Months later, people are still connecting across continents and time zones. We continue to celebrate one another's successes, support each other through challenges, share opportunities, exchange ideas, and remind one another of the commitments we made to ourselves in Seville.
 That, to me, is extraordinary.
The certification may have officially ended, but the conversations, friendships and encouragement hasn't. The ripple effects certainly haven't.
When people ask me what I gained from the Manifesting Coach Certification, I could talk about frameworks, manifestation principles, future-self work, identity shifts, and powerful coaching tools.
But what stays with me most is something simpler.
 I remembered parts of myself.
I remembered how much I love learning alongside people who are curious, courageous, open-hearted, and willing to grow. I remembered that joy, play, love, laughter, wonder, and human connection are not distractions from meaningful work—they are often the doorway into it.
I arrived in Seville with a fractured kneecap.
I left with a stronger sense of purpose, a deeper trust in myself, renewed confidence in my work, and friends scattered across the globe.
 With deep gratitude,
 Fif Fernandes
