When I started my coaching business, I had doubts about myself and what I was getting myself into. In that state of confusion, I found this program and I remembered that I had been listening to Rich’s videos on coaching for over two years. I enrolled on the Being an Exponential Coach program. 
This has helped me to go deeper into myself. I have noticed the importance and difference it makes. Now I have the confidence to go deeper and deeper into conversations both with myself and those I work with.
