"The insights and transformation inside of me have been huge"
Before I began this program I was very insecure about my coaching, I felt imposter syndrome and I only tried to coach people "below" me. I would never have thought of contacting a CEO or any other kind of c-suite leader.
Still, I think this is scary... but I know that a No is just one step closer to a Yes. The insights and transformation inside of me have been huge, nothing I have ever done before is even close to it (well, meeting my wife and having 2 wonderful boys is of course better).
I still have imposter syndrome, but I know that it is ok... it is just a sign that I am playing a game that is bigger and bolder.
