I was coaching in my role of CFO of a multinational company for almost 15 years. My role was made redundant as part of a company downsizing at the beginning of the year. I then decided that I desired a change in direction and set up a coaching business. www.sagacity.ie On participation in the quest "Being an exponential coach" I had several insights and inspirations, The ability to select clients who inspire me rather than trying to inspire them was the first learning. The Art of the Proposal resonated strongly for me. The need to do deep personal work is something I had begun but will pursue in a much more proactive way from now on
