I was coaching in my role of CFO of a multinational company for almost 15 years. My role was made redundant as part of a company downsizing at the beginning of the year. The Art of the Proposal resonated strongly for me. The need to do deep personal work is something I had begun but will pursue in a much more proactive way from now on
