Before I started this program, I have been through several coaching programs, but did not feel like I had made a connection with the material or the coach presenting the program. I have been on a constant search looking for the missing pieces. What I realized quickly with Exponential Coaching is it is definitely not about just going through the motions or checking another box to say I completed the lesson. But a deeper dive and insight into myself and value of doing the same for my clients. Thanks to this program, I have gained a deeper insight into myself and a process to coach that is more upfront and personal. Looking over the curriculum the course titles like "Deep Inner Work" gives me insight that the program is not only to help me grow and sharpen my talents but will also be great information for me to use while coaching. It is with gratitude and thanks that I have completed this program and it has allowed me to provide more insight into myself, coahing practice and has doubled my coaching business and income.
