“Having absolutely wonderful sleep time”

I have found that results of doing the daily meditations as Deborah suggests, twice daily is having an amazing effect. Cannot believe the change in sleeping. Having absolutely wonderful sleep time. Meditations are just naturally falling into half an hour rather than twenty minute slots, so just continuing with that and with my own original mantra that I was given years ago to avoid confusion
