It was not long after I had finished treatment for, and survived, Stage 3 breast cancer that I found myself being handed a flyer for a local, upcoming Deborah King workshop by a gifted intuitive who said "This is for you.” After the accuracy of the unplanned reading I had just received, and the year I had just lived through, I believed her.
I immediately recognized Deborah King at the workshop, despite the fact that I had never met her before and hadn't yet discovered Deborah's books or work. It quickly became clear to me that this was one of the most important days of my life and that everything I had lived through, including the hell of my recent life threatening health crisis, had perfectly brought me to this meeting and this moment. I could almost hear Source say "You made it. Here is your teacher. Welcome home."
Following the workshop, I read everything I could by Deborah King and signed up for the next event. It is hard to put into words what has transpired since and it might require a full book to do so...
But in the year and a half since that first encounter, Deborah King has continued to reawaken and connect me to Source in ways nothing short of miraculous.
Through personally experiencing (and witnessing) Initiations facilitated through Deborah, I have been "opened" to my higher self and higher realms of consciousness beyond imagination. Deborah King's courses have given definition, validation and illumination to many of my life experiences. Deborah has helped to identify and reintroduce me to many of my guides and has especially reminded me of my very strong bond with Archangel Michael who has continuously been a powerful, protective presence readily available to me since I was a child and who has, in fact, physically intervened to save my life numerous times.
Deborah has also taught me to understand the human Chakra system and the energy fields I could see surrounding everything (especially people) in my youth and am now able to see again. Deborah has been instrumental in helping me see how my conscious decision as a child to close my heart (or 4th Chakra) and not feel emotion in order to protect myself from unbearable pain had ultimately impacted my health from life-long asthma to stage 3 breast cancer at age 41. I am now also able to recognize that my dominant Rigid Character Structure, I had also learned as a child, wasn't helping, but hiding the truth of what it takes to heal.
Deborah's techniques have greatly enhanced the meditation practice that emerged and helped carry me through the mind and ego leveling months of breast cancer treatment and awaken in me the fact that what looked like a curse was actually a great blessing and an invitation by Source back to my true and eternal self. Meditation has become vital to my health and healing and it was at one of Deborah's meditation retreats that I was thankfully finally able to gain access to my lower Chakras that I never knew I didn't have! It is through Deborah's meditation practices and teachings that my meditation became mantra based and therefore much more effective.
These really are just a few of the ways my life has been transformed through Energy Healing under the watchful eye and guiding wisdom of Deborah King. I see now that my journey through breast cancer or what I refers to as my "faith walk" prepared me and gave me the knowing, trust and clarity (along with many other gifts) I would need to navigate this healing path that Deborah King has been so pivotal in lighting for me and all seekers of the way.
