I think they would get a little mental vacation and some very solid, reliable, trust ... Tools that you could actually have immediate feedback from within a very short time. So it's like, "Don't trust Ken, try this." And you'll be able to trust what he's telling you.

So you'll get evidence that there is another way. And we really need some evidence for the part of us that's scared to relax.
