Almost without knowing it yourself, gently, with low effort, but it makes heavy effect and impact, both inside and outside. Jeffreys style is the best, gently and soft, but very strong.
After Unlocking Transcendence (and Duality) regardless of what's happening, I'll forever think; "stay amused" and feel it in my body :-)
