"She shares her own emotions and she shares her own imperfections"

I enjoyed Kristina's talk. It was about flowness and that you can be imperfect. I think in self-development, you need to balance between self-acceptance and self-improvement. Because if you're only looking for self-improvement you're and you're not loving yourself. And she was mentioning that this balance is important. It really resonated with me.

Kristina is a good teacher in the sense that she is vulnerable. She shares her own emotions and she shares her own imperfections. After her talk I realized that you don't have to be perfect to become a speaker. So she also encouraged me to maybe at some point try myself in this too.
