“Now I try to give back more than I ask from life”

Your meditations make my daily life better. Recently, I came back from school squeezed out like a lemon - I did your strength recovery meditation and was able to do a two-hour karate training and a theater studio. It was difficult, but you made my life easier. And when I was a teenager, I imagined my charming princes at the alpha level. They materialized to the smallest detail, but then they annoyed me because I grew out of these images. Now I try to give back more than I ask from life. But this tool is like cycling. Once I learned it, it helps throughout entire life.
