"My first profit €150,000 without any money upfront"

I am a civil lawyer, and in 2020, I ventured into the real estate auction market. 

Thanks to the coaching services provided by the program, who guided and supported me throughout the journey, I completed my first balance and write-off real estate transaction with "no money down."

The net profit from the transfer of my preliminary contract, corresponding to the profit from my four-month-long operation, amounted to €150,000 without investing any money upfront! I am now considering a historic villa at auction, where the profit potential exceeds €500,000.
