After completing the courses, I found my first deal: I invested a total of €40,000 and netted a profit of €40,000 (100% ROI). While finalizing this deal, I set up two more with a ROI exceeding 90%. 
Over the following two years, I completed around a dozen more deals. Currently, I'm in the process of closing my first deal with revenues exceeding one million, achieved on my own with the help of a bank loan. I have a total of 25 properties to sell by the end of the year, with 18 of them already under contract, yielding total revenues exceeding 3 million.
