I completed the 90 days several years ago and really appreciated the changes made in the way I thought about nutrition. Understanding the psychology of nutrition made all the difference. Eric is a wonderful coach and I am so grateful that he created this program - which is why I am starting over now in these stressful times. I need the "reboot".
