One of my favorite Alan Watts quotes is: “Unlearn something daily”. I look at it every day and think about what I need to let go and release so that I can consciously create awareness and move myself toward living in alignment with my soul’s purpose. I also listen to his lectures at night when I cannot sleep. His voice smoothes my monkey mind :)
