Background:
A traumatic brain injury in 2011 ended my career in Strategic Planning and Risk
Management which I loved. The injury left me unable to speak, walk, or function
normally. My medical team gave up on me after two years, stating there was no
significant hope for recovery.
I refused to accept this prognosis and embarked on a journey to heal myself through the
study of functional nutrition. This journey, while incredibly challenging, helped me regain
basic function in my daily life and reignited my passion for holistic health. It led me to
create my practice, Terryfic Health based in Ottawa Canada.
Unfortunately, due to the lingering effects of my brain injury, I could not devote the
number of hours needed to make my practice sustainable. Because of my foundational
belief in biochemical individuality, the detailed, customized approach I offered my clients
demanded countless hours and took a toll on me.
I yearned to help people on a broader scale, promoting a wide variety of health
practitioners and coaches, making holistic health more easily accessible to everyone. I
envisioned a revolutionary platform where wellness seekers could search for health
practitioners by SYMPTOM to find specialists from various fields, and where health
practitioners could use this platform as an alternative to a website if needed.
AI Mastery:
The AI Mastery program expertly led by Vykentas gave me the tools I needed to turn
this vision into reality. Equipped with advanced knowledge of AI, I was able to launch
Shine.Online, a holistic platform connecting global health practitioners with wellness
seekers. This program taught me what I needed to leverage AI for strategic planning,
market analysis, content creation, SEO optimization, image and video production, and
much more. AI helped to streamline operations, enhance marketing, and build a robust,
user-friendly platform which is now live in Beta phase.
Vishen has said that the AI Mastery program can free up two business days for
personal pursuits, but for me, it was the opposite; it has given me the FREEDOM to
work. Within 4 months of graduating from this program, I designed, developed, and
launched Shine.Online, a business that expresses my life purpose but that also
accommodates my health limitations.
Essentially this program has given me an entirely new life and a drastically better future.
Even with my physical challenges and having been out of the workforce for more than a
decade, AI Mastery not only gave me the tools to build this unique health and wellness
ecosystem but it has also ignited a new chapter in my life filled with purpose, freedom
