"My efficiency has increased by 35%"

I worked as a Laboratory Supervisor and heavily relied on technology to improve my team's efficiency and data accuracy. My motto has always been: if someone is making a mistake, the task is probably very boring and should be automated. I wanted my team to avoid distractions from repetitive tasks and have the space to apply their true skills and capabilities. Therefore, I leveraged technology to eliminate these time-stealing activities, allowing them to focus on what they're really good at. However, with AI, there is now so much room to do more and better. Previously, I needed IT support for these enhancements, but now, I can do so much on my own.

In the meantime, I changed my career path, and currently, I work as a Community Manager and Life Coach. Thanks to AI Mastery, my life has been transformed. Initially, I used Airtable for my work as a Community Manager, but I became so passionate about it that now I use it for my coaching business, volunteering, and personal life. It has saved me countless hours by automating repetitive tasks.

I started to implement Airtable and AI more and more, and I also use it with my coachees. It has optimized onboarding processes, allowed them to fill in post-session takeaways, pre-session notes, and track and see their progress. Additionally, I use AI to keep my coachees accountable throughout the week and to remind me of their important dates to make them feel valued, seen, and special.

Furthermore, I have developed a self-coaching tool that is currently under alpha testing. Very soon, my clients will have access to this tool for beta testing, which will help keep them on track during their week and assist them in their journey. I'm also using AI to build my social media activity without stealing time from coaching sessions. Overall, my efficiency has increased by 35%, allowing me to provide better service while maintaining a pleasant work-life balance.
