“I went from observing AI to using it to accelerate research and execution”

For a while, AI felt like a fast-moving train I was watching from the platform.
I’ve spent my career in investing and strategy, so I understood the implications. AI will reshape business models, productivity, and competitive advantage. But understanding that intellectually and actually engaging with it are very different things.
The Mindvalley AI Mastery program helped me get on the train.
What made the difference was structure. The consistent weekly cadence turned AI from something I “meant to explore” into a disciplined practice. In the middle of a full professional life, that rhythm matters. It created accountability and momentum.
The quality of instruction was equally important. The instructors and tutors didn’t just introduce tools — they broke down concepts, workflows, and real-world applications with patience and clarity. It wasn’t about chasing the latest shiny app. It was about building a foundation.
Most valuable of all, they taught us how to “fish.”
Instead of just giving answers, the program showed us how to use AI to learn AI — how to ask better questions, refine prompts, test ideas, and build systems. That shift from passive consumer to active learner is everything. The tools will evolve. The mindset endures.
Today, I use AI to accelerate research, pressure-test ideas, structure thinking, and move from concept to execution faster. More importantly, I feel equipped to keep learning in a rapidly changing landscape.
On a personal level, this has been just as meaningful. My young adult children are entering the workforce in an AI-shaped world. Because of this program, I can have practical, informed conversations with them about how to integrate AI into their careers thoughtfully and strategically.
The train isn’t slowing down.
But now, I’m on it.
