My Journey into AI Mastery with Mindvalley
I’m Anne Plaisance, a visual artist, curator and “artivist” whose work focuses on empowerment, resilience, and social justice, particularly for women.
Before taking the AI Mastery course, I only occasionally used tools like ChatGPT. I’m not a very technical person by nature, so diving into this program felt like stepping into the unknown. But what an extraordinary leap it turned out to be! Thanks to Mindvalley, I created several customized AI tools, explored a world of cutting-edge technologies, and found myself completely immersed in a program that was both insightful and mesmerizing.
Time and again, I caught myself exclaiming, “What?! You can do that with AI?!” I was genuinely blown away. The teachers were exceptional, the presentations engaging, and the resources abundant. For someone like me—a neophyte in the tech world—the recorded sessions were invaluable. Sometimes it felt like learning an entirely new language or rewiring my way of thinking. My brain was on fire, but I kept going because I had a powerful Why: to create an app that empowers women.
This vision is the next natural step in the work I’ve been doing through my Wonder Women Now project, which has been featured in the Boston Globe and, more recently, exhibited abroad in Europe—a longtime dream come true. AI seemed like the perfect way to expand this mission and reach more women globally.
The course gave me the confidence to seize opportunities I might have hesitated on before. I joined an inspiring online group, Women in AI, and regularly attend events at MIT in Cambridge, hosted by AEthos, a group dedicated to ethical AI. Most excitingly, I participated in my first hackathon, where we launched an early version of the Wonder Women Now empowerment app.
I am filled with hope and excitement as I continue developing this app to serve women and create a better world. Mindvalley’s AI Mastery course was a true turning point, and I’m deeply grateful to the brilliant teachers who guided us with patience, dedication, and vision. You’ve helped me harness the magic of AI for a purpose that truly matters.
Thank you, Mindvalley, for empowering me to empower others.
