"I moved from burnout in rigid systems to feeling expanded and energized again"

I built a career in medicine — one of the most structured, rule-bound professions in the world.
Protocols. Documentation. Compliance. Precision.
 All necessary. All valuable.
But I’ve always been wired differently.
I’m intuitive. I see patterns quickly. I question defaults. I like exploring paths that aren’t already crowded. In traditional medical environments, that kind of wiring isn’t always rewarded.
Over time, I felt burnt out — not from working hard but from narrowing my thinking to fit existing systems.
 I was constrained.
I joined AI Mastery not because I wanted to “learn AI,” but because I wanted to become more efficient — to free up time for what I actually love instead of constantly doing what felt obligatory just to be responsible.
Instead of shrinking to fit rigid structures, I could finally expand.
And it worked.
For the first time in years, the passion came back.
The kind of focused, joyful effort I hadn’t felt since college — when dreaming freely still felt normal and hard work didn’t feel heavy.
And this is despite the fact that I’m still very much figuring AI out. Automations have mostly acted like black holes that swallow my time and energy with frustrating, wonky results 😅.
In spite of being tired, close to tears, even angry at times — I can’t wait to get back to it and take another crack. To go smaller and build up. To learn from every mistake.
It helped me realize that this era belongs to those who think differently — and that maybe I wasn’t lacking or broken.
Perhaps I was simply early. Perhaps I’m finally where I belong.
