"AI stopped feeling like something intimidating and became something collaborative"

Before this program, I knew I was standing at the edge of something new, but I didn’t yet have a clear way to bring it into form. I’ve spent many years working deeply with people—understanding how they think, feel, and change—but translating that into something scalable and modern felt unclear.
I am also dyslexic, and for a long time I felt a quiet fear around engaging with anything that seemed technical, structured, or writing-heavy. It often felt like there was a barrier between what I could see and what I could actually create.
During this program, something shifted. AI stopped feeling like something intimidating and became something collaborative. Instead of struggling with the mechanics, I found myself able to focus on ideas, creativity, and possibility. Concepts like breaking things down into simple components, building step by step, and using AI as a thinking partner made everything feel more accessible.
What stood out most was the shift from needing to “know everything” to being able to imagine and create. That alone has been incredibly freeing.
Now, I find myself using AI across all areas of my life—including writing this. What once felt like a limitation has become something I can work with, rather than against. I feel more confident expressing ideas, building systems, and exploring new directions without the same level of hesitation.
I am beginning to build AI-supported tools and systems that align with my work in transformation and wellbeing, and for the first time, it feels both possible and natural to bring these ideas into the world.
This program hasn’t just taught me tools—it’s changed my relationship with what I believed I could do.
