During my time in the AI Accelerator, I shifted my focus from traditional product management to building autonomous, persona-driven systems. As a product lead in the telecom space, my goal was to solve the "personalization at scale" paradox—how to make millions of subscribers feel seen and heard without overwhelming our operational capacity.
 The Build: Engineering My AI Clones
 The centerpiece of my work was the development of AI Clones—sophisticated digital agents designed to replicate expert intuition across the marketing lifecycle.
 • The Persona Clone: I built a digital twin of our "Ideal Product Advocate." This clone can ingest complex telecom rate plans and technical specs, then instantly "translate" them into hyper-personalized value propositions for different customer segments.
 • The Lead Nurturing Agent: Beyond simple chatbots, I developed an agent capable of empathetic, multi-step outreach. It doesn't just respond; it remembers context, handles objections based on historical data, and bridges the gap between a cold lead and a loyal subscriber.
 The program provided the technical sandbox and the strategic mentorship I needed to stop "experimenting" and start "deploying." It pushed me to move beyond Generative AI as a content tool and toward Agentic AI—where the clones actually execute tasks, manage workflows, and optimize themselves.
