Now I feel sharper, faster, and way more in control. Not in a “I’m a tech genius” way (which I thought I was, before this... haha!), but in a “I have a workflow and it works” way. I’m not guessing anymore. I’m building. I have a system. And my output is cleaner, more consistent, and way less stressful.

I've learned how to create repeatable systems for communication, meetings, automation, and content.
- A good prompt doesn't have to be complex. It’s as simple as giving it a role, rules, context, inputs, and a clear output format.
- Meeting Intelligence is only useful if it turns into concrete actions, owners, and next steps.
- It’s okay to clone myself so I can show up consistently (bye-bye long makeup sessions and raiding my wardrobe for the “right” outfit - woop-woop!).
I’m saving time, I’m calmer (though excited about the infinite possibilities), and I’m executing waaaaay faster. Less mental clutter, more momentum.
