"I built AI clones that streamline my therapy practice and allow me to focus fully on my clients”

During the AI Accelerator, I began building a Client Case Management System designed to streamline the delivery of high-quality mental health care within my practice. As a therapist managing multiple clients and complex treatment needs, I recognized the need for a structured, efficient system that reduces administrative load while enhancing clinical excellence.

Through this training, I developed specialized AI Clones tailored to key components of my workflow, including assessment support, treatment planning, session structuring, psychoeducational content creation, and documentation refinement. These AI Clones are designed to assist with repetitive, time-intensive tasks, allowing me to focus more fully on therapeutic presence and client outcomes.

My goal is to reduce friction in care delivery while increasing consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all client interactions. By leveraging AI strategically, I aim to:

The AI Accelerator has equipped me with the tools and framework to build these systems intentionally rather than reactively. Moving forward, I will expand this work by developing a comprehensive resource library of client-friendly articles, worksheets, session guides, and structured programs aligned with my therapeutic models.
