I am an introvert ---- until I am NOT!
I connected with some of you at A-Fest, some of you I didn't have the pleasure of actually talking to and others I met at the airport on my way back to NY,I tend to spend hours, days and sometimes weeks alone and quiet. So my decision to attend an A-Fest event was not an easy one for me. I felt scared and a bit stretched to my edges after actually receiving the invitation. Now I also want to say, I love people and love interacting but to be with so many people at one time was daunting for me.
I created a Wellness Center 25 years ago before it was "the thing." I have facilitated groups and have a private practice helping people connect to their emotional body. I knew that A-Fest would help me to expand on my limited views of what could be possible. Having created a Wellness Center a quarter century ago (isn't that funny to read-sounds so ancient.) I knew I needed an update. And what better way to get a complete overhaul than A-Fest!
As a 69 year old Wellness Coach my clients skip away with the wisdom and knowing that aging is a frame of mind and their bodies are sacred and vibrant no matter what the chronological number. Well, my bubble has burst and I am expanding, iced up, revved up, my alpha brain waves are fired up! Who's in Control.... I AM!
