I actually found something very unique that is happening here that I really haven't ever seen anyplace else. Everybody here is genuinely happy to be here, and they're happy to meet new people and they're just happy. 
At first. It was a little weird, I have to admit. But once I kind of started to hang out and really kind of got the vibe, I realized how genuine everybody here was and that was really cool. I really wasn't expecting to find that and I feel like I've made some really long-lasting friendships here.
