The Polaroids that snuck into my purse, awe and wonderment of the juxtaposition of ancient architectural feat and beauty with those of modern architecture, endless moments of synchronicities in the past couple of years once I decided to continually say “yes” to my intuition with no attachment to the outcome, and no longer allowing fear to hold me back (which in fact is a sign I should do something, lol).
And of course….the beautiful spirits that surrounded me and the often impromptu moments of laughter and connection.
I think I spent equal moments having free-spirited fun, focusing on continual growth as an individual and a community, admiring the artistry of everyone’s creativity (costumes, sets, and the incredible behind-the-scenes efforts put into something like A-fest), noting and appreciating that not one staff member showed an inkling of fatigue and actually quite the opposite, and loving the Jordanian culture and cuisine like the foodie I am and still having enough time for solitude.
