A-fest has become one of my favorite gatherings around the world. What stands out are the speakers actually ATTEND the event, and almost anyone in the audience could be a speaker on stage.
What’s more is everyone’s commitment to themselves to not just go to another party, but to expand their horizons, grow individually, AND as a community.
The tribe at A-Fest truly supports each other through their transformations, and this makes the radical shifts that occur a bit more smoothly. It can be scary to change (growth rarely happens when one is comfortable) and the support of the tribe effect is genuine and necessary for smooth integration into the new being born out the A-fest experience.
