It has taught me so many things beyond what I imagined

I came to this program not having any tools & skills and a lack of confidence. It has taught me so many things beyond what I imagined leaving me now with a boost of confidence and so many tools and skills. I can even make up a strategy therapy with many techniques implemented in it. I have even come up with my own technique, the breath anchor. Thank you very much and be blessed.
