"I can do a complete workout in under 20 min and I am getting great results!"

Before the 10X Quest, I was looking for a way to build muscle in the shortest amount of time. I knew a lot of different exercises and I could never remember any of them once I was ready to exercise. 

After the 10X Quest, I feel powerful and strong. I know exactly what to do when I when I’m ready to workout. I can do a complete workout in under 20 min and I am getting great results! 

I highly recommend the 10X Quest. Everyone can benefit from the 10X Quest. 

I've noticed the biggest changes in my arms, legs and back. There are now defined muscles where previously there was only saggy, flabby skin! 

My top 3 takeaways from the 10X Quest are: anything is possible at any age, you are stronger than you think, and sugary drinks are "belly fat in a cup". 

The biggest positive changes I've noticed are: a more balanced posture, greater self confidence and loving my changing shape. 
I am in this for the long haul and I love seeing my results every week.
