🇲🇽Stories from Mexico

It was very interesting to joining this quest, even though my intention is was to keep offering my pro-bono services, it really strikes me how easy it can be to be clear on your goals, and how to do a business from coaching. I recommend this quest because it works first on you, after on your technique, and finally in…

Hello. My name is Elvira, I live in Irapuato, Mexico. I am new to this program, I have high expectations to achieve my goals, based on Superreading, to understand more easily and remember what I read. I am looking for a partner, to support me in my learning growth.

Before this program, I was living in a state of constant worry, I had moved from one city another, started a new job and a new life by my self. For the first time (and I am 54 years young) had to learn to be financially independent. Such a huge step for me! To tell you the true, it was scary! So, that situation started…

All my life I have battled with extra weight, binge eating, extreme diets that made me lose the same 15 pounds and most of all a constant obsession with food, weathering it was what to eat next or how I could lose weight, my mind was a constant battle and it kept me from enjoying my life!!!... My relationship with food has changed completely, my mind is calm and I am able to enjoy the moment without fear of gaining the weight back

Hello everyone, I finished the quest on January 19th. One day before my Olympic qualification towards Tokyo 2020 started. I just want to share a big thank you to Steven Kotler, Vishen, and everyone involved in creating this awesome quest. I decided to take the quest in November because I was having trouble finding…

They mostly left me frustrated and certainly didn't make me want to do it daily. I joined her Zivamind program and it was a great fit for me. I have…

Before this program and all Mindvalley courses and masterclasses, I have seen I didn't understand the big possibilities that I have helping other people to improve individually and financially. I'm on day 1 with Lisa Nichols and I'm already having and improvement in my self-awareness.

Before this program I never had the habit of meditating and never understood what could it help to change myself. After this program I have witnessed how our mind works and how you can "access your subconscious mind and change for better.

I enrolled in this quest to learn new things and techniques I could use for my clients and myself. It was amazing, super interesting, and enlightening, as Mindvalley always does!

When I joined Mindvalley, I was going through one of the most challenging periods of my life. After more than 35 years of a successful career in organizational development, executive coaching and leadership consulting, I found myself dealing with financial stress, administrative issues, health challenges, and even…

Dear Community, I'm so happy to have concluded the Health and Body Mastery program! It's been an eye opener for me! I spent the past 30 years doing all kind of stuff that I though was healthy, but never realized how I was hurting my body. As Purchasing Director for one of the biggest car makers in the world, I thought…
