Before entering this program, I did not have a clear definition of what I would do after closing a chapter of my life. Thanks to this program I have taken control of it and I decide what I want in my new stage of life. And now my life is happier because I enjoy it and I am constantly growing.

Before this program, I was living in a state of constant worry, I had moved from one city another, started a new job and a new life by my self. Before this program I never had the habit of meditating and never understood what could it help to change myself. After this program I have witnessed how our mind works and how you can "access your subconscious mind and change for better.

I enrolled in this quest to learn new things and techniques I could use for my clients and myself. It was amazing, super interesting, and enlightening, as Mindvalley always does!
