The power of being clear on your vision: Halfway into my lifebook program an made it a strategy to spend time on the sea, in boats, on small islands, and on villas in the sea. I found pictures online from Seychelles and Bora Bora to put into my Lifebook. 2 weeks later without actually planning it I was off the coast of…

I was still trying to hold everything - the repairs, the staff, the family, the grief - the way I always had: alone, and by force of will. That instinct had served me for years. It was no longer enough... I needed one place where my mind could build instead of only repair... Education, I've learned, is not a reward for stability. It is often the thing that creates stability, especially when everything around you has none.

My story of transformation is not yet about the impact of the new knowledge I've gained from this quest on my clients, as I'm only now entering coaching. I was still trying to hold everything - the repairs, the staff, the family, the grief - the way I always had: alone, and by force of will. That instinct had served me for years. It was no longer enough... I needed one place where my mind could build instead of only repair. What I didn't expect was how completely that choice would change how I see knowledge itself: not as something to acquire when life is calm, but as something to reach for precisely when it isn't... For years, manifestation had been my superpower-I could create spectacular outcomes for myself and even help friends manifest incredible things. But lately, something had shifted. My results felt lackluster, as if…

Hello, all Lifebook friends. Before this program, I could not see a future that I can get a good hold of. I knew I want to be happy, but how to get to my happiness was a big question. She supported me with life planning, introduced me to the concept of yoga and general wellness advice. She also took time off her very busy…
