🇩🇰Stories from Denmark

Before I started this program (the first time) I didn't have a clear picture of what I wanted. Got halfway through and catapulted me on my way. Now I back to reload the catapult and (hopefully) get the entire experience of Steves ferocity - bring it on!!

When life left me breathless, I found a strength I never knew I had. Be Extraordinary became my anchor when my world shattered. There was a time I believed the things that broke me would be the story that defined me. In 2024, I found myself in a hospital, waiting for a CT scan-exhausted beyond words. Then I got my…

I did not know hos to meditate. I found out and I'm so grateful. It's a fantastic source for energy ?...

Hi ? I am enrolling in this quest because I have some blocks when it comes to make and hold on to money. I grew up poor and somehow now buy things just because I can and didn't have or received anything as a child. I need to stop buying from the ego and instead investing in my soul and purpose. Also Mindvalley…

I've always been super curious about fitness and health in general. Hacks and challenges for my body. Before doing 10x my fitness level was good, I just got curious about 10x when I heard about I prior to joining MVU Barcelona. I did definitely see results (also the test results showed that). Faith that the "support system" of tools & people will help me maintain momentum, focus & clarity on my step-by-step journey towards my life vision. Faith that my life…

I felt to heavy and tired before. So my goal was to get more energy and feel more convinced, that I choose the right actions in every case. Now I feel more vivid and fresh. I sleep better at night. I have got some very good advice in specific situations: How to be a better grandma, when I babysit my grandson. How to be…

I have been using Lifebook to create new empowering beliefs that I in the deep of my soul feel joy about and want to realize. In that process my old and more unconscious beliefs come forward and become visible, enabling me to look them in the eye. Becoming conscious of the old beliefs makes it much easier to look at…

I have a Masters's degree in Exercise Physiology and have worked as a Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, and Yoga Instructor for the past 25+ years. I have through the years created my own health and wellness models because I didn't feel the current models were good enough for the results that we want for our…

7 months ago I stopped the 9 to 5 race. I was lost. I had all the material joys but felt nothing. I received this wonderful advice to go out there and rediscover why I loved life and what brought me joy. During that wonderful journey, I also discover Mindvalley Coach. Something about Ajit just instantly connected with…
