When life left me breathless, I found a strength I never knew I had. Be Extraordinary became my anchor when my world shattered. I have been using Lifebook to create new empowering beliefs that I in the deep of my soul feel joy about and want to realize. In that process my old and more unconscious beliefs come forward and become visible, enabling me to look them in the eye. Becoming conscious of the old beliefs makes it much easier to look at…

I have a Masters's degree in Exercise Physiology and have worked as a Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, and Yoga Instructor for the past 25+ years.
