“This course has opened my eyes to the hidden blocks I carry”

This course has opened my eyes to the hidden blocks I carry that prevent me from moving forward. This has enabled me to address things that I would never have been able to before. I am carrying a lot of garbage around with me.

I like it and often listen to it at night and during the night as I frequently wake up and can't go back to sleep. I do go to sleep while listening but feel my mind is still profiting from the session.
