I guess due to my age, our generation, we were “brainwashed” into thinking leadership was authoritarian and hierarchical. This has never sat well with me as I thrive on co-operative, community and creativity. Thanks to Keith Ferrazzi and Ultimate Leadership, I believe the seeds will be sown, for the generations to come, for abundant, heart-centered Leadership. I have loved every minute of this extraordinary quest and Keith packs each day full of powerful and transformative content. He is an engaging teacher, coach and mentor and I am spellbound - by him, this quest and all the changes already taking place within me. Furthermore, I see this as a way to “lead” in all areas of life, friendships, as a mother, as a family. We are co-elevating Teams!
