"I am now set on the path to creating a team of 'influencers' to achieve our intention together"

I have recently retired from a long career in Education - has been a leader in most contexts in which I worked over a period of 45 years. I was essentially interested in participating in Keith's quest because I feel that I am 'not done yet' with being a leader and 'influencer' in the Australian Education scene generally, but more specifically, in the Australian Aboriginal Education context. I believed that having a fresh look at Leadership through Keith's quest could help steer me in the direction I want to take, to build a team of 'influencers' with the intention of 'empowering the powerless' in our Australian Education context. And indeed, Keith's quest has certainly done that for me - for which I am extremely thankful and grateful! Keith's generous and incredible wisdom, insights, personal sharing, encouragement and very practical teachings, have facilitated my personal learning & thinking, to the point where I am now set on the path to creating a team of 'influencers' to achieve our intention together.
