The value of this course is priceless

When I first signed up into the Longevity Blueprint I did not think I would gain as much information as I did. The modules and videos do a great job of presenting the information in bite-size pieces, so I can learn it in at my rate. The program offered so many transformative techniques that I had to change my focus and make it a commitment for lifelong application. This was so much more than workout videos that you can see online. I start every shower with cold first, my fear voice keeps getting weaker all the time, tries to get me to go with hot first. I don’t resist it, I just step into the cold, and it is no longer a debate but a new habit. I even go from the indoor swimming pool outdoors in 35-degree temp to expand my ability to sustain cold. By the way no illness throughout this Quest. I still have so many modules to train on and master that the value of this course is priceless. The community of Facebook is so heartwarming and accepting. Whether we are gaining or feeling overwhelmed, the community is supportive.

I highly recommend this Longevity Quest, and if as you start the program and you find yourself starting to complain, take a chill pill, breathe, and step into the complaining mind and watch it evaporate. I highly recommend this course to everyone and everyone you love. Let’s grow together so we can contribute and build up the tribe in health and empowerment.
