Over the course of 2020, I've been educating myself about immunity because of suffering leaky gut - most of our immune system is in our gut. The Immunity Blueprint more reinforced and expanded on my current knowledge about optimizing my immune system and overall health. Implementing the daily tasks are also simple and easy, and making them a routine feels both good and rewarding. The areas that Eric really excelled me were his deep insights in the various areas covered, which created thought-provoking moments and curiosity to explore and dive in further. For anyone who has no idea where to get started with immunity, start with this quest as a roadmap to better health. For anyone who wants to advance their knowledge and practises of immunity, I can recommend this quest. For anyone who regards themselves as an expert of immunity, I also recommend doing the quest to broaden your perspective and understanding for the bigger picture. I resonated and aligned with what Eric taught on the quest.
