"By simply writing those words on paper they became my reality"

This was my very first 3MIQ exercise done almost 15y ago - not sure it even had the name at that point - I carried those post-its around for over a decade.

Back then I didn't even understood fully what being a coach means, I also didn't ever want to work in the regular educational system, although being qualified for that. But by simply writing those words on paper they became my reality.

About a year later when the exercise became more structured I've redone it properly and I kept that form as well. Becoming immersed in what I wanted out of my life I received more from it.

Starting from that exercise the career shifts from engineering to management, consulting, training and coaching they all became part of my reality. But also financially the doubling of income right after the economic meltdown of 08/09 and keep increasing it ever since. It didn't impact only my life, but my whole family, my teams at work that all went trough this exercise since, the many volunteers and students in organizations where I've got involved and led them trough it, and the coaching clients that won't escape from me guiding them trough this 😅.

It in the beginning I thought everything Mindvalley was doing is just a fantasy for me in the culturescape I live, in the past decade I've actively contributed in transforming my surroundings into that fantasy.

And even the fantasy of becoming fully immersed in the Mindvalley world is coming to fruition by becoming local host for the tribe and hosting now the first official 3MIQ event.
