Speak and Inspire has been the deepest self-work I've done within a community. To be able to expose your fears, your losses, your gains and your triumphs, and share the same with a support system from all over the world could only lead to empowerment like no other program ever has.

It creates a foundation of authenticity that allows you to define your truth, find your voice and shift gears so you become the driver of your own life. You can then fully own how you choose to use your voice in this world.

This has been a very interesting program. I was enthusiastic about the course, because I was ready to step onto a larger stage with my children's coaching program, and knew I could use the wisdom and guidance of Lisa Nichols to frame my stage work. What I didn't realize was that the influence it would have in my personal life far exceeded its impact in my professional life. Owning specific techniques and tools such as the dynamics of creating a safe space for conversation and relationship building, and how to turn a potential conflict around through a CAREfrontation completely changed my family's path.

My kids are 2 & 4 years old, and my parenting techniques are now strongly geared towards holding a safe place for them as they grow and having regular CAREfrontations as opposed to battles. [...]

My home life is so much less stressful and I'm a whole lot more at peace with who I am and what I bring to the world thanks also to our mirror work, and identification of our legacy goals.
