I am in love with the word "SMART" and have been trying to bring it to everything I do. And Dave took it up... exponentially.

Initially, I was a little apprehensive as I felt a lot of things were beyond my understanding and were a big stretch. However, as I played along, I was surprised to find simple nuggets for implementation right away. Dave's power-packed information in capsule-size lessons is transformational for those who are ready for it. I enjoyed my stretch, and have found one place to come back to for all my SMART needs - health, fitness - spirituality - pleasure, all in one capsule. Highly recommend not only doing it but re-doing it multiple times for the best integration of the information shared by Dave.
